Covenants
Protective covenants are used to permanently protect areas of native bush, wetlands and other significant habitats, and are registered on the property's Certificate of Title via LINZ.
Funding for covenants is often available through District or Regional Councils, or the QEII National Trust. We can help you understand your options and prepare the necessary survey and registration documents.
