Resource Consents

Subdivision consents must comply with the Resource Management Act 1991 and the relevant District Plan. We manage this process from concept plan through to the issue of freehold titles.

We also assist with Land Use Consents, such as consents for earthworks or building-related matters, and prepare the technical information councils need to assess an application.
