Stormwater Management Plans

As a result of recent flooding events, many councils now require a stormwater management plan to be submitted before a subdivision resource consent is issued.

At TL Surveys we undertake these for our clients, calculating the rainfall catchments, assessing pre and post development stormwater flows, sizing detention tanks or other solutions (ponds) and writing the report and preparing the associated plans.
