Unit Titles
Unit titles are governed by the Unit Titles Act 1972, and require a body corporate and a unit entitlement determined by a Registered Valuer.
We are able to apply for Resource Consent, prepare unit title plans, organise the valuation and process everything through to liaising with your lawyer for the issue of the unit titles.
